bdv99's Age Policy
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting is an exciting form of entertainment — but it should never become a habit or addiction. According to bdv99, every player should stay mindful of their time, money, and mental wellbeing.
We believe that betting stays enjoyable when played within thoughtful limits. That's why bdv99 provides every member with the tools and information to play responsibly, so you always remain in control.
On our platform, four key safeguards are always active: age verification, deposit limit setting, self-exclusion, and time-out. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email whenever you need us.
Core Policies
- Only those aged 21 or above may register
- Minimum deposit amount ৳500 — helps prevent overspending
- Option to set your own personal deposit limits
- Option for temporary or permanent self-exclusion
- 24/7 support assistance in Bengali and English
Our Safety Tools
bdv99 gives you full control — set your limits whenever you want, however you want.
Age Verification
Every user's age is verified at the time of registration on bdv99. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and place bets — this is a non-negotiable rule.
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap at any time. The limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a waiting period — which helps prevent decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out Feature
Taking a break now and then is healthy. Through bdv99's time-out feature, you can take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, logging in and betting on your account will be disabled.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that controlling your betting is becoming difficult, self-exclusion allows you to remove yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently. This step offers the highest level of protection.
24/7 Support Centre
For any issue or concern, bdv99's support team is always ready. Help is available in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat or email at [email protected].
Betting History Review
You can view your complete betting history in your account to understand your own betting patterns. Regular reviews will help you stay aware and play responsibly.
Signs of Problematic Betting
Warning Signs
Be cautious if any of the following signs appear:
- Placing bigger bets to try to recover lost money
- Borrowing money from family or friends for betting
- Spending long hours betting while neglecting other tasks or responsibilities
- Lying about or hiding your betting activity
- Being unable to stop playing even after losses
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to bet
- Neglecting eating, sleep, or daily routines
Things to Keep in Mind
- Betting is never a substitute for income — it is purely a form of entertainment
- Only spend money you can afford to lose
- Never bet based on emotions or while under the influence of alcohol
- Each bet's outcome is independent — previous results do not influence the next
- Know your limits and play within them
- Use bdv99's deposit limit and time-out tools
- Seeking help when needed is an act of courage — not something to be ashamed of
How to Set Limits
Log in to your account
Access your account on bdv99 and go to your profile settings.

From the settings menu, select the "Responsible Gaming" option.
Choose your preferred limits
Set whatever you need — deposit limit, bet limit, time-out, or self-exclusion.
Confirm
Once you confirm the change, it will take effect immediately. Reducing a limit applies right away; increasing one requires a short waiting period.
If you have trouble, contact us via live chat or at [email protected] — our team will make the process easy for you.
About Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is an important safety tool. You can exclude yourself for anywhere from 7 days up to 6 months or longer. With permanent exclusion, there is no option to return.
During this period, no promotional emails will be sent to you from bdv99 and your account will not be active.
Protection of Minors
If there is anyone under 18 or 21 years of age in your household, use password protection on your device. Never allow minors to access your account.
If in doubt, contact bdv99 support — we can provide appropriate parental control advice.
Complete Guide to Responsible Betting
Budget Planning
Set a fixed budget for betting each week or month and do not go beyond it. The minimum deposit on bdv99 is ৳500, which is manageable even for players with a small budget.
Remember — if you lose a bet, you should not place more bets in an attempt to recover that money. This is one of the main causes of problematic betting.
Play within your financial limits and use bdv99's deposit limit tool when needed.
Time Awareness
It is easy to lose track of time with online betting. That's why bdv99 recommends setting a time limit before each session and stopping when that time is up — whether you win or lose.
You can use the time-out feature to take a break. Breaks are good for mental health and help you make better decisions.
Spend time with family and friends, focus on other hobbies — betting is just a small part of life.
